Although its wine and olive oil are highly regarded and featured in a number of OC’s finest restaurants, Peppertree Canyon is still probably one of the best kept secrets in the county. Partly because of its hidden location and partly because of its exclusivity; Peppertree is only open to select visitors with appointments.
The vineyards were planted in 2014 with approximately 1400 vines, mostly Sangiovese (Brunello clone) with a bit of Petite Sirah and Cabernet for blending to produce around 150 cases per year.
The olive grove has over 100 trees - Italian varietals (Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccino) that provide a vibrant peppery finish.
Peppertree Canyon is the only current commercial producer of wine and olive oil grown right here in Orange County.
